    About me

A fractional Operations | Administration professional

When organizations explore outsourcing their workplace experience function, there are many companies to choose from who specialize in this area. Like hiring a temporary through an employment agency, both fall short and are expensive, impersonal, and are not invested in your culture or the values of your organization. As a fractional team member, I'm passionate about creating highly engaged environments for companies at a fraction of the cost. I have years experience launching and operating offices in San Francisco while understanding and nurturing distributed teams. I enjoy building culture as well as a high EQ for distributed teams and their needs while creating systems and processes that are lean and maximize potential. I'd love to learn more about your needs to see how I can help!

    client love

Brent's energy alone will push a company forward, but what makes him such a remarkable resource is his ability to thin-slice any situation or personality - and take swift action accordingly. He is a truly perceptive, proactive person with unmatched experience when it comes to people operations. Beyond that, he is highly organized, resourceful, creative, and just plain fun. I can say without reservation that Brent will be an irreplaceable asset to any company or endeavor that he is part of.

    GLADIE HELZBERG

    Product Marketing

Brent is a brilliant office manager, EA, culture guru and team advocate who goes above and beyond for everyone he works with. He led the build-out and development of two offices; one each at Bigcommerce and Rosetta Stone. At both was instrumental in the development of the team culture in each office. He is frugal but effective in managing the office budget. He is brilliant in managing calendars and travel. And everyone in the office quickly grows to love and rely on Brent. A true privilege to work with, I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

    WEST STRINGFELLOW

    Chief Product Officer

If you are looking for an Office Manger or more accurately a ‘Mr. Belvedere’ & more then you absolutely do not want to miss this gentleman. Brent is one of the most creative, efficient, & self-motivated folks I have ever worked with. He not only knows how to keep a very diverse group engaged and motivated but remains consciences of their productivity and that is pure brilliant. Hands down extremely hardworking and wonderful attitude, a pleasure to work with.

    SAAD KHAN

    Product, Technology & Transformation Executive

Brent was such a HUGE part of our company and its culture. I have never met a person like Brent who brought so much to a position. He constantly went above and beyond in his job and set new standards for the position. He is extremely skilled at what he does and brings so many intangibles to a company. Any company would be lucky to have Brent on their team. I know we were!
